If you’re not happy with a product for any reason at any time, just return the merchandise with your invoice and we’ll promptly refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling), or make an exchange, whichever you prefer.

Returning Merchandise

Returning merchandise is easy. If you wish to return merchandise for exchange or refund at your expense, email us at cs@tradecraftusa.com. Please provide us with your full name, order number, and request a return authorization code (RAC). We will email you back with a code to expedite the return process. The RAC must be written on the outside of the return package. Customers are responsible for all lost and damaged items in return shipping so please insure. Send your return to:

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS: Please contact us immediately at (234) 248-4217 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST and advise us of the problem.

Refunds or credit to your account will be handled quickly…usually within 4 weeks of the time you put the merchandise you’re returning in the mail. We will email you as soon as your return is processed.
